Ingredients

4 oz Island Time kombucha

2 oz coconut water

¾ oz fresh lime juice

½ oz ginger simple syrup (see Syrup Prep)

½ oz ginger juice or orange juice
Syrup Prep – Ginger Simple Syrup:

¾ cup water
-
¾ cup sugar
-
⅓ cup fresh, peeled ginger (sliced)

Combine all ingredients in a pot over medium heat.

Stir until sugar dissolves. Simmer gently for 10–15 minutes.

Strain and let cool.
Instructions

In a shaker, combine lime juice, coconut water, ginger juice, and ginger syrup.

Shake with ice until chilled.

Strain into a glass filled with fresh ice.

Top with Island Time kombucha.

Optional: garnish with a lime wheel or ginger slice.
