Ingredients

Juice of ½ lemon (~1 oz)

1 oz blueberry syrup (see Syrup Prep)

4 oz Lavender Bliss kombucha

Ice

Lemon twist, for garnish
Syrup Prep – Blueberry Syrup:

1 cup frozen blueberries
-
½ cup water
-
½ cup sugar
-
Squeeze of lemon
-
1–2 tsp culinary lavender buds
Instructions
Syrup Prep:

Combine all syrup ingredients in a pot over medium heat.

Stir until sugar dissolves. Simmer for 10–15 minutes until thick and syrupy.

Strain and refrigerate.

Squeeze of lemon. Keeps for up to 1 week.
Drunk Prep:

Pour 1 oz blueberry syrup into the bottom of a tall glass.

Add ice, then lemon juice.

Top with Lavender Bliss kombucha.

Garnish with a lemon twist.
