Ingredients

¼ cup full-fat coconut milk

1 oz fresh lime juice

1 tsp matcha powder

1 tbsp agave or honey

1 egg white or 2 tbsp aquafaba

Pinch of salt

Lime zest + sugar (for rimming)
Instructions

Rim your glass with lime zest and sugar.

In a small bowl, whisk matcha with a splash of water to form a smooth paste.

Add paste and all other ingredients to a shaker (no ice).

Shake vigorously for 30 seconds until frothy.

Pour over ice and top with Limeade kombucha.

Garnish with edible flowers or dried lime.
